West Coast Pilsner
ABV 5.5% | SRM 2 | IBU 50 | OG 13.4 | FG 2.9
We brewed this in collaboration with our friends at Roy Farms in Moxee, WA. A blend of their Adeena and Strata hops gives this beer aromas of grapefruit and guava. At 5.5% ABV, this hoppy Pils is quite thirst-quenching!
The name comes from a novel technique that Roy Farms uses to process hops. Instead of baling all hops, then storing them and eventually pelletizing, they skip the baling and go straight to pelletizing. It saves a step and reduces waste, which is good for the environment!
