We take things slow here in the brewery. Patience is a virtue. We let our lagers sit for weeks, waiting for the right time when the flavors meld just perfectly.
Our latest batch of Zeitgeist is tasting so clean, so crisp. We used Contessa hops (@hopsteiner), which brings floral and tea notes. We also used a splash of Vienna Malt (@brewingwithbriess), for a subtle bready backbone.
