Brewer's Notes
We’re excited about the newest crop of hops coming from Washington and Oregon. This latest batch of Villager uses Citra (@loftusranches) and Simcoe (@colemanagriculture). Together these hops bring a potpourri of fruit notes. Guava and red pomelo are the first to come to mind. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
