Sandlot features malt from Briess, which is grown in the high plains of Wyoming. A large portion of wheat gives this beer a bready rustic feel and texture.
French Saison yeast brings pleasant spicy and subtle fruity notes. We also added a small amount of crushed Indian corriander and allspice to enhance the spicy notes. The finish is exceptionally dry and crisp, leaving a slight tingle on the tongue.
