The backbone of this lager is built with two malts from LINC Malt in Washington state. These bring a pleasant aroma of bread crust. Saaz hops from Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho create a spicy finish.
This is part of an ongoing collab with the San Diego Airport where air conditioner condensate was collected from one the terminals and purified by Water Works. The condensate is extremely clean and bright, which is a perfect backdrop for this delicate lager.
