Brewer's Notes
This is one of those kitchen sink IPAs. We had a ton of hops sitting in our cold storage, so why not blend them together and see what happens?
The blend worked out great! Strata, Mosaic, Idaho 7, Amarillo, Citra and Comet. It’s dank, citrusy, super aromatic, and complex. It’s just a delight to drink. Stop by and see for yourself!
