Rye Vienna-style Lager
ABV 5.5% | SRM 5 | IBU 30
This lager was named after our favorite local hike in Mission Trails. It was on this hike that we had many discussions about opening our own brewery. It is also the location where Brandon proposed to his wife!
A blend of two malts from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, California bring wonderful baked bread notes, while biscuit rye adds aromas of fresh toast and a subtle spiciness. Saaz hops from Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho round out the beer by adding delicate tea and zesty lemon flavors.
