Brewer's Notes

Super Fly is brewed with flaked brown rice from Briess Malting, which adds a smooth texture  and a subtle almond-like flavor. It also makes the beer dry and light in  color. Chinook hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon and Azacca hops from  Roy Farms in Washington combine to bring flavors of mango and ripe  melon.
