West Coast IPA

ABV 7.5%  |  SRM 3 |  IBU 65 | OG 14.5 | FG 1.0

This batch  features Nelson and Galaxy hops. Dank, citrus, and white wine notes  prevail. It has a lean body and superbly dry. So hoppy, so good.

This is part of an ongoing collaboration with the San Diego Airport and Water Works Inc., where we used water reclaimed from air  conditioner condensate at one of the terminals. The water has been  purified and is ultra clean. It is an innovative way to lower our water  footprint. Nearly 10% of our beers are brewed with reclaimed water!
