Hazy Double IPA
ABV 8.5% | SRM 2 | IBU 70
Freehiking is the act of navigating through nature without trails, sometimes with an unknown destination. We feel like this is a perfect metaphor for our new adventure in brewing. Freehike IPA will be an ongoing series of IPAs where the recipe changes each brew.
This batch has peels from Californian-grown oranges to give this version of Freehike a citrusy punch. The orange flavor is accentuated by Citra hops from BT Loftus Farms in Washington. These hops also add a subtle dank cannabis aroma. This beer was fermented on the cool side, which makes it clean and easy to drink for a Double IPA.
