Brewed with California grown barley and wheat, this Belgian-style ale is our biggest beer to date. It’s dry with a warming alcohol finish. Sonnet and Saaz hops grown at El Mountain Farms in Idaho build structure and balance to the lightly malted backbone. A blend of Belgian and wild yeasts adds a spicy and fruity complexity without being overwhelming.
