American Pilsner
ABV 4.8% | SRM 2 | IBU 30 | OG 11.0 | FG 2.0
We brewed this beer to be released during the hottest months here in San Diego. It’s dry, crisp and refreshing – exactly how an American Pilsner should taste. We used Pilsner malt from LINC malt in Spokane Washington, which gives subtle cracker notes. We also blended in brown rice, grown in Arkansas, to dry the beer and add some creaminess to the finish. Lastly, Sonnet hops from Elk Mountain farms in Idaho, provide delicate aromas of lemon thyme and black tea.
