West Coast Hazy IPA
ABV 6.9% | SRM 2 | IBU 70 | OG 14.8 | FG 1.8
Over the past few months, we've enjoyed blending Mosaic hops from Perrault Farms in Washington with Idaho 7 hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. The combo yields an IPA bursting with guava, mango, and Meyer lemon flavors. This beer was dry hopped four separate times to layer in the hop flavor and to develop a lingering, resinous finish. It is dry and bitter like a West Coast IPA, but it's soft and hazy, which is why we're calling it a West Coast Hazy IPA.
