Being heavy handed with our hops seems to be a common theme with our IPAs. This beer is no exception, we used over 5 lbs/BBL of Citra from Loftus Farms in Washington and Chinook from Crosby Farms in Oregon. Pilsner malt from Admiral Maltings creates a nice neutral base to allow the hops to shine, showcasing notes of grapefruit peel and honeydew melon. And at 4.7% ABV, you can get your hop fix and gladly reach for another.
