Batch 43: cruising ale-titude

Inspiration

Honey Ale

Technical Specs

ABV 5.7%  |  SRM 2 |  IBU 20 | OG 12.0 | FG 1.4

Brewer's Notes

This beer was brewed with only ingredients from California. As part of an ongoing collaboration with the San Diego Airport and Water Works Inc, the water was sourced from air conditioner condensate collected from one of the terminals. The malt is from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, hops from Thompsen Farms in Tracy, wild flower honey came from San Diego Honey in Oceanside, and the yeast from White Labs in San Diego. It’s bright, crisp and refreshing with a delicate floral aroma and pleasant cracker-like flavor.
