West Coast Hazy IPA

As part of an ongoing collaboration with the San Diego Airport and Water Works Inc., this beer was brewed with water reclaimed from air conditioner condensate at one of the terminals. It’s an innovative way to lower our water footprint. It was made with a potpourri of hops: Mosaic, Strata, Simcoe, Citra and experimental hop YQH 1320. The result is a beer with potent aromas and flavors of pineapple, clementine, and strawberry.
