Brewer's Notes
Named after the famous Austrian Formula One driver Niki Lauda, this Vienna-style rye lager was brewed in collaboration with The Garage Collective here in downtown San Diego. A blend of rye and Munich malts give this beer its beautiful copper hue and punchy toasted flavor. Sonnet hops from Elk Mountain Farms in Idaho contribute a delicate floral note and a spiciness that sizzles on the tongue. The finish is balanced, crisp and refreshingly dry.
