Brewer's Notes
This beer has the richness of an Imperial Stout, but with a clean profile of a lager. Dark roasted coffee is immediate on the nose, with underlying notes of chocolate and toasted bread. The chocolate and caramel notes will become more enhanced as the beer ages. We've put some of this batch into a Bourbon barrel from Storyhouse Spirits, so be on the lookout for it to be released around Thanksgiving!
