Flight Of The Peach was brewed with 400 lbs of organic California-grown peaches. This equates to almost a full peach per pint. We never use extracts or artificial flavors, so you can enjoy the delicate natural flavors and aromas of the fruit. We used Vienna malt from Proximity Malt, where they kilned the malt longer and at a higher temperatures to coax out toasty and sweet honey notes.
This is part of an ongoing collab with the San Diego Airport where air conditioner condensate was collected from one the terminals and purified by Water Works. The condensate is extremely clean and bright, which is a perfect for brewing. It's an innovative way to lower our water footprint!
