Notes From The Cidermaker
Intrepid is a single varietal cider made with Pink Lady apples grown in Yakima, WA. These apples are known for their tartness, which hits the palate upfront and then quickly fades. There is also a slight minerality provided by the fruit, which enhances the acidic finish. Flavors and aromas are complex with citrus dominating. It fully fermented making it exceptionally dry and refreshing.
As always, no additives, enzymes, GMO, preservatives or sugars were used when making this cider.
