Brewer's Notes
The base cider has a blend of apples sourced from the Yakima Valley in Washington. It is tart and exceptionally dry.
We then soaked it on twelve pounds of fresh local mint. We also added some lime juice and a touch of organic brown sugar. It's so refreshing, especially on a hot sunny day!
